The helmet can be found at the Druid’s Grove or spawned in using Cheat Engine. The rest of the armor is currently unavailable, but the helmet still offers Darkvision, poison resistance, and a charisma bonus. To solve this, MaestroMetty merged them, adding power armor to the Sword Coast. Even though only the T-51B helmet is available at the moment, it is still more advanced than anything else in Faerûn, despite its rarity and low value.
