Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is set to introduce Android 18 (Super) in its upcoming DLC pack despite her previous loss in the Conton City Hero Vote. This also suggests that Bergamo, who also lost the vote, might eventually be added to the game as well. It has been revealed that Android 18’s Dragon Ball Super variant will be the next DLC character in the game.
The recent deep-dive into Sparking Zero’s gameplay demonstrated respect for both Budokai Tenkaichi and Raging Blast. Despite some dissatisfaction over receiving yet another variation of Goku and Vegeta, the final three characters added as DLC were Goku, Vegeta, and Dypso, who were also the most popular choices in the vote. The addition of Android 18 (Super) to Xenoverse 2’s roster has come as a surprise, given her loss in the Conton City Hero Vote.
It seems that the Hero Vote did not dictate if a fighter would be added, but rather when. This signals the likelihood of all the characters from the Conton City Hero Vote eventually being added to the game. This implies that Bergamo, who was not revealed alongside Android 18, will likely become a DLC fighter in the near future, as he is the only remaining character from the vote not yet included in the game.
