There’s already another option if you don’t have Paramount – Amazon and Walmart are offering pre-orders for copies of the Knuckles show. Both Blu-ray and DVD options are available, along with a slightly more expensive Steelbook option. The Knuckles spinoff show became available exclusively on Paramount Plus last week, and it has received mixed reviews so far.
While it has an audience score of 75 percent on Rotten Tomatoes, the apparent lack of Knuckles in the show has disappointed many Sonic fans. If you’re interested in owning a physical version of the show, pre-orders for its Blu-ray and DVD versions are already available, although a release date has not been confirmed yet. Both versions are currently available for pre-order on Amazon and Walmart.
The Blu-ray version is compatible with various consoles, and the regular version is priced at $25.99, while the special edition Steelbook is available for $31.99. On the other hand, the DVD version can be purchased for just $17.99. Knuckles has garnered attention alongside Shadow, who has recently been receiving significant recognition.
Both characters have been turned into Lego Minifigures for the first time, and a highly detailed Knuckles statue based on his appearance in Sonic 2 has gone up for pre-order ahead of the show’s debut on Paramount. Introduced to the Sonic movies in Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Knuckles now has a six-episode TV show available exclusively on Paramount Plus and physical versions on Blu-ray and DVD.
