Pokemon’s Marill and Dragonite Squishmallows are now available for pre-order on the Pokemon Center website. Both are priced at $29.99 each and are in stock, but no specific release date has been provided.
Given the popularity of Squishmallows, they are likely to sell out quickly. It has been known for some time that the next two Pokemon to receive the Squishmallow treatment would be Dragonite and Marill.
The 12-inch versions of these Squishmallows are exclusive to the Pokemon Center and come with a sewn-on Pokemon Center patch as proof of authenticity. While the 12-inch versions are available for pre-order, other sizes will eventually be released through different retailers, but they won’t include the exclusive patch.
The demand for these Squishmallows is high, as evidenced by the limited availability and the note on the product pages indicating that they may never be restocked. Dragonite’s Squishmallow is part of Pokemon’s ongoing celebrations for the year of the dragon, and it joins a line of new Dragonite products released this year.
Marill, on the other hand, has not received as much attention but is a natural fit for the Squishmallow collection. In addition to Squishmallows, Pokemon has recently released other plush products, including a 59-inch Slowpoke plush and a Sleeping Cubone plush.
These products cater to fans looking to expand their Pokemon plush collections.
